Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Volunteer Yoga Trainer to join our group of travelers in the serene and spiritual city of Rishikesh, India. This role is ideal for a certified yoga instructor who is enthusiastic about sharing the benefits of yoga and eager to immerse themselves in a culturally rich and picturesque environment. As a Volunteer Yoga Trainer, you will conduct yoga sessions, enhancing the wellness and travel experience of our group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead yoga sessions tailored to the needs and skill levels of the group.
• Provide instruction on proper form, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.
• Offer individual adjustments and modifications to accommodate different abilities.
• Promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being through yoga.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of all participants during sessions.
• Collaborate with the travel group leader to integrate yoga sessions into the itinerary.

Requirements:

• Certified yoga instructor.
• Experience in leading group yoga classes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to different environments and be resourceful.
• Passion for travel and a flexible attitude towards diverse cultural settings.
• Dependable and able to commit to the travel schedule in Rishikesh.
• Basic knowledge of first aid is an advantage.
• Candidate lives in Rishikesh or Nearby would be preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of meditation and mindfulness techniques.
• Fluency in English/Hindi languages.
• Previous volunteer experience.
• Familiarity with the cultural and spiritual significance of Rishikesh.
