- Return to Nainital.

Policies
Group Tour Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation by Participants
Cancellation Notice
- 30 Days before departure: Full refund.
- 15 Days before departure: 10% of the Total Cost will be deducted.
- 7 Days before departure: 50% of the Total Cost will be deducted.
- 2 Days or less before departure: No refund.
Partial Refunds
- No refunds for unused portions of the tour, such as missed meals, tours, or accommodation, once the tour has commenced.
2. Cancellation by Tour Operator
Minimum Group Size Not Met
- If the minimum group size is not met before 7 days of departure, the tour operator reserves the right to cancel the tour and offer participants a full refund or transfer to another tour.
Force Majeure
- In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond the control of the tour operator (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, pandemics), participants will be offered a partial refund based on the recoverable costs or the option to reschedule.
Other Reasons
- If the tour is canceled for reasons other than force majeure, participants will receive a full refund.
3. Changes to Booking
Participant-Initiated Changes
- Changes to the booking (e.g., name changes, date changes) are subject to availability and may incur an administration fee.
Operator-Initiated Changes
- The tour operator reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodation, and transport when necessary. Participants will be informed as soon as possible and given alternative options.
4. Refund Process
Requesting a Refund
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@tourtoes.com and will be processed within [7-14 days] of receiving the request.
Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Responsibility and Liability
- The tour operator is not responsible for any additional costs or fees incurred by participants due to changes or cancellations, such as vaccination costs, or other personal expenses.
