Booking and Payment
Booking Process
- All bookings must be made through our official website, via email, or over the phone.
- A booking is confirmed when we receive a deposit of 70% of the total tour cost.
Payment Terms
- Full payment must be received 2 days before the tour departure date.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, or other methods specified on our website.
Cancellation and Refund Policy

Changes to Itinerary
- Tour Toes reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to weather conditions, safety issues, or other reasons beyond our control.
- We will make every effort to provide a similar alternative activity or experience in such cases.
Health and Fitness
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable health and fitness for the activities included in the tour.
- Any medical conditions or dietary requirements must be disclosed at the time of booking.
Liability
- Tour Toes is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the tour.
- We are not liable for any delays, changes, or cancellations caused by natural disasters, government actions, or other events beyond our control.
Conduct
- Customers are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during the tour.
- We reserve the right to remove any participant from the tour if their behavior is deemed inappropriate or dangerous.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

By booking a tour with Tour Toes, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India for any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your participation in our tours.
